"THE 33" - Heil Machine has come out with full racks for your Bus.
Flat faced for a more vintage look and round side bars. full size industrials down to SC mini racks. as always, these racks are constructed of the same .750x.090 wall tubing. very strong.

We have been producing the Reproduction Hurst bumpers for some time now. you know the quality of work put out by Heil Machine Co. weve been working on some other projects and due to demand, Full racks have been priority.

I was tired of flimsy racks that dont really do the job. most out there are made of 5/8 tubes in .060 wall thickness. they are not strong.
due to my dislike for weak products and our SBS members asking for things such as observation decks, ladders, etc... I decided to build something strong. it will hold everything we throw on them and with the observation decks, they will put up with us not so skinny guys standing on top of them.

All racks are made of 3/4 .090 wall tubing. all cross joints are fully welded. feet are slightly longer to disperse what ever load you are carrying better. all bends are done on a Hydraulic bender to ensure all bends are exactly the same, time and time again. the clamps are very nice repros from Barry at Barrys boneyard. he makes a beautiful piece. look at the pics. they are all different. from the cooler racks, to High sided industrial, to the lower profile. I can do it how ever you like. take a look and then give me a call. I will post up new models as they come.

Im making all sizes. they are priced accordingly. so far I have been concentrating on the big as possible racks. I have a few pictured and more everyday. there is the option of a cooler section on the rear. I have that pictured. basically a full rack with a partitioned off area with a tighter floor weave to keep coolers or other small things from flying around.
